 The historic U.S. Grant Hotel is undergoing a $40 million renovation. When completed in October 2005, it will become the newest member of the Starwood Hotels Luxury Collection. The hotel’s grand re-opening is October 15, 2005, which also marks the 95th anniversary of the hotel’s debut in 1910.
