The San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau (SDCVB) will soon relocate its administrative offices to the San Diego Convention Center. The move will bring San Diego’s leading tourism agencies under one roof and ultimately lead to a stronger destination and improved services for clients.
The SDCVB board of directors unanimously approved the move in February. The bureau’s staff will occupy 6,500 square feet of office space at the Center. The bureau’s sales team will be located just outside of downtown in the nearby community of Kearny Mesa.
The move will create greater synergies between two organizations that have already successfully positioned San Diego as one of the nation’s top convention and visitor destinations.
