A nine-member board of directors, comprised of business and community leaders, establishes policy for the Corporation. The Mayor and City Council of San Diego appoint seven members and two non-voting members represent the Hotel-Motel Association and the San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Chris Cramer Chair Chris Cramer is the CEO and Co-Founder of Karl Strauss Brewing Company and has more than 20 years of experience in the craft brewing industry. In addition to the main Karl Strauss distributing brewery in Pacific Beach, he also operates four high-volume brewery restaurants in the San Diego area. Active in the community, Cramer is involved with many other associations including the San Diego Taxpayers Association, San Diego Rotary Club 33, the California Small Brewers Association, and the California Restaurant Association. He received both his BA in History and his MBA from Stanford University. |

Bob Nelson Vice Chair Bob Nelson is an advertising and public relations executive with 30 years of experience in government and communications. His company, Bob Nelson Associates, advises a diverse list of clients, including public utilities, labor unions, and non-profit corporations. Mr. Nelson currently serves as Secretary-Treasurer of San Diego Theatres, Inc, manager of the San Diego Civic Theater and Balboa Theater. He is chair of the San Diego LGBT Community Center. |

Cheryl Fisher Attorney Cheryl Fisher holds degrees from San Diego State University and the University of San Diego School of Law. She is currently on the Board of Directors of the San Diego Opera, Girl Scouts, and serves as a Commissioner with the County of San Diego. |

Cheryl Kendrick Cheryl Kendrick is a marketing and community relations professional who most recently served as campaign director for the United Way of San Diego County where she was directly responsible for the non-profit organization’s annual fund-raising campaign. Committed to volunteer service at both the regional and national level, Ms. Kendrick is past chair of the California State Commission on the Status of Women and has served on the national boards of the National Conference for Community and Justice and the Huntington’s Disease Society of America. Ms. Kendrick received her B.A. in French from the University of Connecticut. |

Bryan Min Bryan Min is President and CEO of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., which he founded in 1998. Under his leadership, the company has grown to over 450 employees and thirteen locations nationwide. He has been recognized by the Los Angeles Korean American Chamber of Commerce as the 2004 Entrepreneur of the Year and received a Certificate of Congressional Commendation from the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2003, he received a Leadership Award from the Asian Business Association and was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst Young in the Defense Business Category. He's earned two engineering degrees, a bachelors and masters, from the University of Southern California and Virginia Polytechnic and State University, respectively. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's OPM Program. |

Carol Wallace President & CEO Carol Wallace is responsible for the overall management of the San Diego Convention Center Corporation. She is the past president of the International Association of Assembly Managers (IAAM) and currently holds board positions for the International Association for Exhibition Management (IAEM), the San Diego Hotel-Motel Association and the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau. Ms. Wallace is a graduate of The Ohio State University. |
