New Hotel Adjacent to the Convention Center Opening in 2008
We have great news to share! The proposed 1,190-room Hilton San Diego Convention Center Hotel recently broke ground and will be opening in late 2008. Conveniently located just steps away from the San Diego Convention Center, the Hilton will increase the hotel room inventory within one mile of the Center to approximately 10,000 hotel rooms making our destination more accommodating than ever. The new 30-story hotel will offer incredible views, upscale amenities and the latest technology.
