| The San Diego Convention Center is pleased to introduce a new web site, MeetMeInSanDiego.com, designed to assist our clients with building
greater attendance. Highly visual, the site reflects San Diego’s vibrant branding and showcases all that our beautiful city has to offer. The link is now available to be integrated directly to client web sites to encourage attendees to “come for the convention and stay for the vacation.” The Center also plans on offering the option to customize the home page with group specific information. Going forward, a Center staff member will be contacting you to confirm event information for this new complimentary service, or for immediate assistance, contact your Convention Services Manager directly.
To provide the most up-to-date content, the Center partnered with the San Diego Union-Tribune’s on-line publication, SignOnSanDiego. This partnership enabled us to provide timely, dynamic information that is continually updated with the most current city happenings and events. Dining, shopping, nightlife, arts and culture, concerts, golfing, and the local surf report are just a few of the sections. Other content includes maps and directions, FAQs, visitor safety tips and a comprehensive section on getting around the city.
