Best of all, because of our convenient location, pedestrian friendly neighborhoods and near-perfect climate, you can walk to these downtown destinations.

PETCO Park - Conveniently located across the street from the Convention Center, the San Diego Padres' new downtown ballpark combines the best sightlines in baseball with breathtaking downtown views. The 42,000-seat ballpark includes The Park at the Park, an elevated grassy 2.7-acre park, offering a bird's eye view into the playing field. The ballpark district, which is currently under construction, will feature several upscale hotels, trendy dining establishments and numerous retail outlets.

Gaslamp Quarter - One of the city's premier dining, shopping and entertainment destinations with its old-fashioned gas lamps, brick sidewalks and Victorian-style buildings. Located directly across the street from the Center, this historic neighborhood features an eclectic blend of more than 90 restaurants including sidewalk café, coffee houses and pubs, art galleries, boutiques, and specialty stores, live theatre and dance clubs.

Seaport Village - San Diego's colorful Spanish-style waterfront dining, shopping and outdoor entertainment venue is just a short stroll away. Located between South Embarcadero Park and the North Embarcadero, Seaport Village offers panoramic views of San Diego Bay, Coronado and evening sunsets.

USS Midway Museum - Located at the Navy Pier in downtown San Diego, this historic ship museum opened in spring 2004 and is the only museum of its kind on the West Coast. The Midway was the longest-serving aircraft carrier in U.S. Navy history, proudly serving from World War II through Desert Storm. Visitors will find a dynamic, interactive experience designed to offer a taste of life aboard a Navy vessel. The Midway is also available as a meeting and event venue for up to 4,000 guests.
