Procurement Process
The Corporation uses a variety of informal and formal procurement methods including:
- Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Request for Quotation (RFP) - formal and informal
- Request for Information (RFI)
- Request for Statements of Qualification (RFSQ)
- Single/Sole Source Procurements
- Purchasing Cooperative/Strategic Agreements
To establish fair and reasonable prices, best practices shall be utilized including negotiations and full and open competition through the use of competitive procedures best suited under the circumstances of the procurement.
