The San Diego Convention Center Corporation (SDCCC) annually welcomes thousands of visitors from around the globe to our facility. Our culturally diverse team of employees is dynamic, well trained, valued and is a critical component to our success in our highly competitive industry.

New hire training begins with Spirit Orientation where the "San Diego Spirit" philosophy is discussed in depth. Every program at SDCCC is built on this foundation.
Employees are encouraged to be an active participant in our continued success. Training programs are available for both personal and professional development. At SDCCC we place a high value on sharing ideas and information. It is our belief that participation encourages teamwork, inspires camaraderie and boosts morale. We encourage our staff at all levels to chair or serve on committees, such as:

We strongly encourage an open door policy between management and staff to promote internal communications. To ensure communication across the organizations we have:

To maintain life balance the Employee Recreational Council provides employee/family activities such as holiday parties, summer events, sporting events and much more. Monthly birthday parties bring all employees together to celebrate.
San Diego Spirit is also at the core of our Green Team as they actively and creatively promote environmentally friendly practices throughout SDCCC.
