This latest addition to our official Web site, www.visitsandiego.com, is specifically designed to assist clients in promoting events and ultimately generating higher attendance levels among convention and trade show attendees.

The attendance-building tools in our user friendly kit include easy-to-download destination photos, regional hotel maps, Convention Center logos, promotional copy describing our vibrant city and its numerous attractions, themed e-mail campaign banners, key media contacts, a welcome letter from San Diego’s mayor and a complete set of building floor plans with downloadable artwork files.

The Online Meeting Planner Tool Kit compliments the meetmeinsandiego.com site launched by the San Diego Convention Center Corporation in March 2006. That site’s content, also intended to boost attendance, features live links to the latest happenings in San Diego, tips for getting around town, weather updates and answers to frequently asked questions about our dynamic destination. Created as an informational resource for attendees, meetmeinsandiego.com can be integrated into our clients’ Web sites in advance of their event.

The Meeting Planner Tool Kit and meetmeinsandiego.com are complimentary services available only to clients with events booked into the Convention Center.

The “Attendee” section has also been enhanced with additional visitor-related content.
